Kim Kardashian Meets Donald Trump To Discuss Prison Reform

Kardashian West's meeting with Trump comes on the heels of her husband, Kanye West, expressing his support for the president on Twitter.

On Wednesday, May 30, Kim Kardashian, accompanied by her personal attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, headed to the White House. "And so far, the White House has been really receptive to my calls, and I'm grateful for that", she said. It's not hard feelings towards the White House, the president, or anybody.

Reality television star Kim Kardashian West on Wednesday met with the United States President Donald Trump for discussing on prison reform.

Much of the world's attention has been on the potential meeting between the USA president and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, but a summit with a different Kim took place at the White House yesterday.

While Kardashian was a known supporter of Hilary Clinton during the 2016 U.S. election, her husband Kanye West has been vocal in his support for Trump, repeatedly wearing "Make America Great Again" merchandise and tweeting his controversial views.

Following her sit-down with Trump, Kardashian West will then attend a dinner at Kushner and Ivanka's home.

"She could have just saw the video or read an article or whatever and just said "oh that's a shame" or whatever and went on with her life, but she didn't, she chose to get involved in a major way", Johnson told ABC.
